Implementation contracts. Where the value of the procurement contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Article II.9 of the General Conditions exceeds EUR 25 000, the beneficiary shall obtain quotations from at least three suppliers and retain the one offering best value for money. The co-ordinator must clearly document the tendering procedure and retain the documentation in particular for audit purposes in accordance with article II.19.

Implementation contracts. Where the value of the procurement contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Article II.9 of the General Conditions exceeds EUR 25 00060.000, the beneficiary shall obtain quotations from at least three suppliers and retain shall, in addition to the one offering best value for money. The co-ordinator provisions laid down in Article II.9, abide by the following rules: the beneficiary must clearly document the tendering procedure (a minimum of 5 offers is required), submit the relevant documents together with the final report at the end of the project and retain them for control in case there should be an audit. The total amount eligible under procurement contracts shall not exceed 50% of the documentation in particular for audit purposes in accordance with article II.19total eligible direct costs.
