Common use of Implementation contracts Clause in Contracts

Implementation contracts. Where the value of the procurement contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Article II.10 of the General Conditions exceeds EUR 60,000, the partner shall, in addition to the provisions laid down in Article II.10, abide by the rules on procurement contained in the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities.
