Implementation Completion Clause Samples

The Implementation Completion clause defines the point at which a project, service, or deliverable is considered fully implemented according to the contract. It typically outlines the criteria or milestones that must be met, such as successful testing, delivery of documentation, or user acceptance, before the implementation is deemed complete. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when obligations related to implementation are fulfilled, reducing disputes and providing a basis for final payment or transition to ongoing support.
Implementation Completion. Upon the date of the successful completion of the acceptance tests called out in the Implementation Plan, HireRight shall notify TransWorks that the implementation is complete (the "Implementation Completion Date").
