IMPLEADER. VISUAL shall not implead or bring any action against AT&T or its customers or the employees of AT&T or its customers based on any claim by a person for personal injury or death to an employee of AT&T or its customers occurring in the course or scope of employment that arises out of Equipment, Software, Services or Materials furnished under this Agreement or an Order.
