IMPLEADER. SUPPLIER shall not implead or bring an action against LUCENT and its customers or the employees of either, based on any claim by any person for personal injury or death that occurs in the course or scope of employment of such person by LUCENT and its customers and that arises out of PRODUCT or services furnished by SUPPLIER under this Agreement.
