Impeachment. The House of Representatives shall have the sole power of impeachment. The concurrence of a majority of all the members of the General Assembly shall be necessary to an impeachment. All impeachments shall be tried by the General Assembly and, when sitting for that purpose, the Representatives shall be upon oath or affirmation to do justice according to law and evidence and shall be presided over by the chief justice of the Supreme Court. Should the Chief Justice be on trial, or otherwise disqualified, the House shall elect a judge of the Supreme Court to preside.
Impeachment. Petition for impeachment of any member of the Editorial Board may be initiated by any editor or staff but shall only prosper upon agreement of at least two-thirds of the editors and staff.
Impeachment. Any elected or appointed officer remiss in his/her duties as stipulated by these Bylaws and the national Code of Business Conducts and Ethics shall be impeached according to Robert’s Rules of Order.
