Immobilization of Shares. The certificate issued to the CUFS Depositary as evidence of its legal title to Shares is held by the Issuer for safekeeping. The CUFS Depositary may not create any interest (including a security interest) which is inconsistent with its title to the Shares and the interests of the holders of CUFS in respect of Shares unless authorized by the SCH Business Rules.
