Common use of Immediately upon receipt Clause in Contracts

Immediately upon receipt. by the Borrower, the Borrower shall provide the Agent and the Lenders with copies of all notices (including notices of default), statements and financial information received from any Subordinated Lender or any other creditor or lessor with respect to any item of Indebtedness which, if not paid, could give rise to an Event of Default or the repossession of material property from the Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries.
