Immediate Issue/Problem Reporting. The Contractor must bring actual or potential problems to the attention of the Contracting Officer and Program Office COR as soon as they are known, in writing. The Contractor must submit written narrative reports (Attachment J-14 Problem Notification Report) within five (5) business days of the oral reports of issues and/or problems.
