Common use of Immediate Danger Clause in Contracts

Immediate Danger. 21.1.1. In the event the default by a Sublessee causes a condition on the Premises that, in the reasonable opinion of the Lessor, constitutes an immediate danger to the environment or human life or health, then upon notice from the Lessor, the Lessee shall forthwith remedy the default in accordance with this Lease, and nothing in this section shall affect or limit the Lessee’s other obligations pursuant to this Lease.
