Immediate Collaborative Work. The Parties will continue their current collaborative work on the B.C. Oil and Gas Commission (“OGC”) permits. The Parties will also initiate review of the management plans required by the Natural Gas Pipeline Environmental Assessment (“EA”) Certificates. The Parties will make best efforts to complete this work by April 30, 2015.
