Common use of IMDS Clause in Contracts

IMDS. All material data for all Supplier products, including the replacement parts to be supplied by the Supplier, are to be set in the IMDS ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ according to the updated status. The data must correspond to the applicable specifications. They may not be altered without the consent of AUTO-KABEL. A right to refuse performance does not arise.
