ImageCast Central Sample Clauses

The 'ImageCast Central' clause defines the terms and conditions related to the use, operation, or provision of the ImageCast Central system, which is typically a ballot scanning and tabulation solution used in elections. This clause may specify requirements for installation, maintenance, software updates, and user responsibilities associated with the system, as well as outline any limitations on use or support services provided. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties understand their obligations and the operational framework for the ImageCast Central system, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring reliable election processes.
