Image Selection Clause Samples

The Image Selection clause defines the process and criteria for choosing images to be used in a particular project or publication. Typically, it outlines who has the authority to select images, the standards or guidelines that must be followed, and any approval procedures required before images are finalized for use. For example, it may specify that only high-resolution, royalty-free images are acceptable, or that the client must approve all images before publication. This clause ensures that all parties are clear on how images are chosen, reducing the risk of disputes over content and maintaining quality and legal compliance.
