Image CD Service Clause Samples

The Image CD Service clause defines the terms under which a service provider will supply digital images to the client on a CD. Typically, this clause outlines the format, resolution, and number of images to be delivered, as well as the timeframe for delivery and any associated costs. For example, it may specify that all edited photographs from an event will be provided on a CD within two weeks of the event date. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of how and when digital image files will be delivered, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding the provision of image files.
