Image Archive Timeframe Sample Clauses

The Image Archive Timeframe clause sets the required period during which images must be stored and maintained by a party, typically in the context of a contract involving digital media or surveillance. This clause specifies the exact duration—such as 30, 60, or 90 days—during which all relevant images must remain accessible and retrievable, and may outline acceptable formats or storage methods. Its core function is to ensure that images are available for review, audit, or legal purposes within a defined window, thereby providing clarity and accountability regarding data retention obligations.
