Common use of Illegality Clause Clause in Contracts

Illegality Clause. Under no circumstances shall this policy be deemed to provide cover and no liability be incurred to pay or provide any benefit hereunder to the extent that the provision of such Cover, payment of such claim or provision of such benefit would cause us to be in breach of, or expose us to any prohibition, or restriction under the laws or regulations of Singapore.
