Common use of IFC Reliance Clause in Contracts

IFC Reliance. The Borrowers acknowledge that they each make the representations and warranties in Section 3.01 (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the representations and warranties set forth in the Syndicated Credit Agreement which are incorporated herein by reference) with the intention of inducing IFC to enter into this Agreement and the other IFC Financing Documents and that IFC enters into this Agreement and the other IFC Financing Documents on the basis of, and in full reliance on, each of such representations and warranties.

IFC Reliance.
