Common use of If Settlement Agreement is Terminated Clause in Contracts

If Settlement Agreement is Terminated. (1) Except as provided for in Section 6.4, if the Settling Defendants or the Plaintiffs exercise their right to terminate, this Settlement Agreement shall be null and void and have no further force or effect, shall not be binding on the Parties, and shall not be used as evidence or otherwise in any litigation or in any other way for any reason.

If Settlement Agreement is Terminated. (1) Except as provided for in Section 6.45.4, if the Settling Defendants or Settlement Agreement is terminated, the Plaintiffs exercise their right to terminate, this Settlement Agreement shall be null and void and have no further force or effect, and shall not be binding on the Parties, and shall not be used as evidence or otherwise in any litigation or in any other way for any reason.
