If P. E. and athletics are separated so that athletics are offered only after school, the stipends will be increased by $500 for Category A and Category B and by $375 for Category C.
If P. A.T.H. finds that they cannot continue operations until the end of the contract period, the County and P.A.T.H. agree to meet and confer. P.A.T.H. must provide at least six months’ notice.

If P. C. is dissatisfied with the services of any person delivering non-professional services, P.C. shall consult with INMD. INMD shall in good faith determine whether the employment of that employee warrants termination. INMD's obligations to utilize non-professional personnel shall be governed by the overriding principle and goal of facilitating P.C.'s provision of high quality medical care and laboratory services. INMD shall make every effort to honor the specific requests of P.C. with regard to the assignment of INMD's employees, including the Executive Director.
If P. C.B. Communications or its End Users utilize a BellSouth resold telecommunications service in a manner other than that for which the service was originally intended as described in BellSouth’s retail tariffs, P.C.
