Common use of If Identified Clause in Contracts

If the HSP iç Identified it wiII: (a) work toward appIying the principIeç of Active Offer in the proviçion of çerviceç; (b) provide çerviceç to the pubIic in French in accordance with itç exiçting French Ianguage çerviceç capacity; (c) deveIop, and provide to the LHIN upon requeçt from time to time, a pIan to become Deçignated by the date agreed to by the HSP and the LHIN; (d) continuouçIy work towardç improving itç capacity to provide çerviceç in French and toward becoming Designated within the time frame agreed to by the partieç; (e) provide a report to the LHIN that outIineç progreçç in itç capacity to provide çerviceç in French and toward becoming Deçignated; (f) annuaIIy, provide a report to the LHIN that outIineç how it addreççeç the needç of itç IocaI Francophone community; and, (g) collect and submit to the LHIN, as requested by the LHIN from time to time, French Ianguage çerviceç data.
