IDX DATABASE Clause Samples

The IDX Database clause defines the rules and parameters governing the use, access, and management of a shared property listing database, typically used by real estate professionals. This clause outlines who can input, modify, or retrieve property data, sets standards for data accuracy, and may specify technical requirements or restrictions on data sharing. Its core practical function is to ensure the integrity, consistency, and authorized use of the property listing information, thereby facilitating reliable cooperation among participants and reducing disputes over data usage.
IDX DATABASE. New Mexico MLS shall provide a unique database for the purpose of IDX (the “IDX Database”). This IDX Database shall include all active status listings submitted to New Mexico MLS by Sharing Firms, except for any individual listings specifically excluded as indicated below in paragraphs 3(a) and 3(b).
IDX DATABASE. Compilation of active exclusive right-to-sell listings submitted by Participants to the MLS.
IDX DATABASE. RAOR MLS shall provide a unique database for the purpose of IDX (the “IDX Database”). This IDX Database shall include all active status listings submitted to Roswell Association of REALTORS® MLS by sharing firms, except for any individual listings specifically excluded as indicated below in paragraphs 3(a) and 3(b).
