Identity Preserved Sample Clauses

The 'Identity Preserved' clause ensures that specific goods or materials maintain their unique characteristics or origin throughout the supply chain. In practice, this means that products such as specialty grains, organic produce, or certified components are kept separate from other similar items during storage, handling, and transportation to prevent mixing or substitution. This clause is essential for maintaining product integrity and traceability, thereby assuring buyers that they are receiving exactly what was specified in the contract.
