Identifying Collections. Pursuant to its servicing obligations under Section 4(a) hereof, the Servicer shall be responsible for identifying, matching and reconciling any payments received from Account Debtors with the Receivable associated with such payment. Any payment by an Account Debtor in respect of any indebtedness owed by it to an Originator shall, except as otherwise specified by such Account Debtor (including by reference to a particular invoice), or required by the related contracts or law, be applied in the following order of priority: first, as a Collection of any Receivables of such Account Debtor then outstanding in the order of the age of such Receivables and second, to other indebtedness of such Account Debtor to such Originator (if any), or in any event in accordance with the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.

Pursuant to its servicing obligations under Section 5(a) hereof, each Servicer shall be responsible for identifying, matching and reconciling any payments received from Account Debtors with the Receivable associated with such payment. If any payment is received from an Account Debtor, and such payment is not identified by such Account Debtor in its remittance instructions as relating to a particular Receivable and such payment cannot otherwise be reasonably identified by the applicable Servicer as relating to a particular Receivable within five (5) Business Days of receipt thereof, then such payment shall be applied against unpaid Purchased Receivables of such Account Debtor and the unpaid Receivables not constituting Purchased Receivables of such Account Debtor in chronological order, oldest first. For the avoidance of doubt, it is understood and agreed that (i) the foregoing sentence is intended to deal with the rare situation where a payment cannot be identified to a particular Receivable and (ii) nothing in the foregoing sentence shall be understood to permit such Servicer to apply to non-Purchased Receivables any Collections which are identifiable as Collections in respect of Purchased Receivables.

If any payment is received from an Account Debtor, and such payment is not identified by such Account Debtor as relating to a particular Receivable and cannot otherwise be reasonably identified as relating to a particular Receivable prior to the first Weekly Reporting Date following receipt thereof, such payment shall be applied first to the unpaid Purchased Receivables with respect to such Account Debtor in chronological order (beginning with the oldest unpaid Purchased Receivable), and then to Receivables with respect to such Account Debtor that are not Purchased Receivables, also in chronological order, or in any event in accordance with the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.
