Identify Substitute Location. If, in connection with any termination, USAC or its designee, elects to move hardware or other physical property owned by USAC and formerly utilized by Vendor in connection with performance of the Services to a new location, Vendor will, if requested by USAC, assist in identifying and specifying the requirements for a suitable substitute location.
