Identify activities. The relevant professional head or nominated technical lead shall identify activities that need to be undertaken to meet the requirements of the published Network Rail standards and that have the potential to affect operational safety, personal safety and/or performance of Network Rail managed infrastructure. The National Training Manager (Materials and Systems) shall support this analysis process. The analysis shall take account of normal, abnormal, degraded or emergency situations.
