Identified Agreements. Other than the contracts or agreements of the Company included as exhibits to the SEC Documents, and contracts or agreements between the Company and its subsidiaries or between subsidiaries of the Company, Section 3.17 of the Company Disclosure Schedule lists each of the contracts and agreements to which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is a party as of the date hereof, which are (a) material contracts or agreements between the Company and any of its affiliates, (b) contracts or arrangements between the Company or any of its subsidiaries, on the one hand, and any executive officer or director of the Company or any of its affiliates or associates (as defined in the Exchange Act), on the other hand, or (c) stockholder, voting trust or similar contracts or agreements relating to the voting of Company Common Stock or other equity interests of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
