IDENTIFICATION SECTION Clause Samples
The Identification Section of a contract serves to clearly specify the parties involved and the basic details of the agreement. This section typically lists the full legal names, addresses, and sometimes the roles or capacities of each party, ensuring there is no ambiguity about who is bound by the contract. By providing this foundational information, the Identification Section helps prevent confusion or disputes regarding the identity of the contracting parties, thereby ensuring clarity and enforceability throughout the agreement.
