The 'Identification elements' clause defines the specific information required to accurately identify the parties involved in an agreement. Typically, this includes details such as legal names, addresses, registration numbers, or other unique identifiers relevant to the parties. By clearly specifying these elements, the clause ensures there is no ambiguity about who is bound by the contract, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or misidentification.
Identification elements. The customer shall be solely responsible for the use of the Services made using his or her Videotron-assigned username and password. Consequently, Videotron assumes no liability with regard to acts or omissions of the customer or any other person using the customer’s username or password. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the customer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred at the time of purchases or any other transactions carried out using the Services.
Identification elements. Refers to the IP (Internet Protocol) or electronic address, the address of an electronic mailbox and, if applicable, the domain name.
