The 'Identification elements' clause defines the specific information required to accurately identify the parties involved in an agreement. Identification elements. The customer shall be solely responsible for the use of the Services made using his or her Videotron-assigned username and password. Consequently, Videotron assumes no liability with regard to acts or omissions of the customer or any other person using the customer’s username or password. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the customer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred at the time of purchases or any other transactions carried out using the Services.
