IDEMIA SOFTWARE. Any IDEMIA Software, including subsequent Releases, is licensed to Customer for the Term of this Agreement solely in accordance with the Software License Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit D. Customer hereby accepts and agrees to abide by all of the terms and restrictions of the Software License Agreement.
