"ICE Link Trade Vault Reporting Connectivity" means ICE's proprietary connectivity and electronic messaging system that provides two-way communication of ICE SBSDR Service Data to ICE Trade Vault for the purpose of meeting a User's regulatory reporting obligations as required under Applicable Law. The term "ICE Link Trade Vault Reporting Connectivity" includes all written documentation and specifications provided to User related thereto.
