IBTS Insurance. IBTS shall submit evidence of insurance to the Jurisdiction and will add the Jurisdiction as an “additional insured party” on IBTS’s Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability policies. Insurance shall be placed with insurers with an A.M. Best’s financial strength and size category rating of no less than A-VI. This rating requirement shall be waived for Worker’s Compensation coverage only.
