IBM Security Guardium Insights SaaS DSPM Clause Samples

The 'IBM Security Guardium Insights SaaS DSPM' clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use of IBM's Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) features within the Guardium Insights Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. This clause typically outlines the scope of services provided, such as monitoring, analyzing, and managing data security risks across cloud and on-premises environments, and may specify user responsibilities, data handling practices, and any limitations on use. Its core practical function is to clarify the rights and obligations of both IBM and the customer regarding the DSPM capabilities, ensuring both parties understand how data security is managed and what protections are in place.
