Machine Upgrade – the following changes that IBM sells for installation on a Machine: a hardware or Machine Code change to modify, add, remove, enable or disable certain Built-in Capacity or other resources and capabilities. Each such change can be accomplished through a Machine conversion, or through the conversion, addition, removal, or exchange of a Machine’s feature(s). Materials – literary works or other works of authorship (such as software programs and code, documentation, reports, and similar works) that IBM may deliver to Customer as part of a Service. The term “Materials" does not include Programs, Machine Code, or other items available under their own license terms or agreements.
