IBM FEE Clause Samples

IBM FEE in consideration for the Marketing Support Activities and Marketing Activities provided by IBM as described herein, you shall owe IBM a fee ("IBM Fee"), listed in the table below, equal to the applicable percentage of the total revenue received by you for Products under: (a) Your End User License agreements with customers obtained as a result of Marketing Activities (with or without an order confirmation notice and/or with or without a prospect registration); and
