IBM CONTRACT EXECUTIVE. Prior to or on the Effective Date, IBM shall appoint an individual (the "IBM CONTRACT EXECUTIVE") who from the Effective Date shall serve, on a full-time basis, as the primary IBM representative under this Agreement. IBM's appointment of any IBM Contract Executive shall be subject to EMW's prior approval. The IBM Contract Executive shall have the responsibilities set forth in the Procedures Manual, which shall include (1) overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of IBM's obligations under this Agreement and (2) authorization to act for and on behalf of IBM with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement.
IBM CONTRACT EXECUTIVE. IBM shall designate an individual to serve as "IBM Contract Executive." The IBM Contract Executive shall (i) serve as the single point of accountability for IBM with respect to this Agreement; and (ii) have day-to-day authority for undertaking to ensure customer satisfaction.
