I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE. I will not be eligible for a W-2 employment position if I do not sign this Participation Agreement. I may choose not to accept a paid W-2 employment position and save my limited months of W-2 eligibility for future need. To abide by all the provisions of this Participation Agreement. I may not be able to participate in the future if I do not cooperate with the W-2 agency.
