I Severability. If any provisions of the Agreement or any application of the Agreement to any employee shall be found contrary to law, then such provision or application shall be deemed null and void, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect; furthermore, the provisions of such law shall supersede, to the extent of the conflict, the provisions of this Agreement and govern the relation of the parties hereunder.' I Severability. In the event any provision of this agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision thereof.

  • Non-Severability Each of the terms of this Disaffiliation Agreement is a material and integral part hereof. Should any provision of this Disaffiliation Agreement be held unenforceable or contrary to law, the entire Disaffiliation Agreement shall be deemed null and void.

  • 4Severability The provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed severable and the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions hereof.

  • 9Severability If any provision of this Agreement will, for any reason, be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such judgment will not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of this Agreement but will be confined in its operation to the provision or provisions hereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment will have been rendered, and this Agreement will be construed as if such provision had never existed, unless such construction would operate as an undue hardship on Contributor or Operating Partnership or would constitute a substantial deviation from the general intent of the parties as reflected in this Agreement.

  • Governing Law; Severability This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware excluding that body of law pertaining to conflicts of law. Should any provision of this Agreement be determined by a court of law to be illegal or unenforceable, the other provisions shall nevertheless remain effective and shall remain enforceable.

  • Waiver; Severability Waiver of any default or breach under this Contract by District does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default or a modification of any other provisions of this Contract. If any term or provision of this Contract is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or in conflict with any law, the validity of the remaining terms and provisions shall not be affected, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced as if the Contract did not contain the particular term or provision held invalid.
