Common use of Hybrid Cloud Services Clause in Contracts

Hybrid Cloud Services. Hybrid Cloud Services are charged on a discrete basis utilizing a granular Resource Unit structure. Hybrid Cloud Services consist of five (5) categories of Charges: Infrastructure, Services, Disaster Recovery, Network, and Security. These discrete Services are procured by DCS Customers as needed, with business rules mutually agreed upon by the Parties determining RU bundles to provide a defined service. Each category has either fixed unit rate pricing or fixed Charges set forth in Attachment 4-A and reflects the resources required to provide the Hybrid Cloud Services and will fully compensate Service Provider for the performance of the Hybrid Cloud Services. All Hybrid Cloud Services provided directly by Service Provider will be measured on the last day of the month. When applicable, counts are adjusted to include any Instance in service for at least one (1) day of the calendar month. One (1) Instance in service for at least one day of a calendar month equals one RU. Attachment 4-D includes anticipated Hybrid Cloud Services volumes based on Contract Year 4 consumption. These volumes are informational and do not serve as a baseline as Attachment 4-A provides unit rate pricing by volume tier that replaces the need for a baseline. Beginning in Contract Year 6 or (if later) the date of acceptance of the final HCS Setup and Operations milestones as detailed in Section 22 of Exhibit 4, Hybrid Cloud Services will replace the RUs described in Sections 19.3.2, 19.3.3, 19.3.7, 19.4, 19.5(e), 19.6, and
