Human Use Clause Samples
Human Use. Heska hereby grants to 3DP, for the term of this --------- Agreement, the exclusive, worldwide right and license, under the Results comprising toxicological data for Test Compounds included in Heska's Intellectual Property and under Heska's interest in Joint Intellectual Property to use, make, have made, sell, have sold, import and offer to sell and engage in the Commercialization of any Test Compound for use in or on humans. Subject to the provisions of Section 17.7 and Section 7.2,2, 3DP shall have the right to grant sublicenses under the license granted in this Section 7.2.1, provided that 3DP shall remain primarily liable to Heska under this Agreement.
Human Use. Semnur acknowledges that, except for the Clinical Batches, no other material supplied by Lifecore in connection with the Development Services under this Agreement, may be used in humans, in foods, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or for in vitro diagnostic uses.
Human Use. The contractor proposes to use human subjects in the performance of this research. In accordance with 32 CFR 219.103 each contractor shall have a Federally approved, written assurance of compliance for the research proposed prior to the signing this contract.
Human Use. The use of radioactive materials and radiation on or in humans shall not be permitted except by properly qualified persons (normally licensed physicians) possessing prescribed minimum experience in the use of radioisotopes or radiation. The staff determined that Massachusetts has adopted regulations similar to those found in 10 CFR Part 35. The training and experience requirements for persons to be licensed for the use of agreement materials on or in humans is specified in these regulations.
