Common use of Human input Clause in Contracts

Human input. Where the Supplier or any of its personnel or subcontractors use AI Technology in or as part of its provision of the Services, the Supplier undertakes to ensure that there is always sufficient human endeavour and oversight to ensure: 15.21.1 that outputs and deliverables qualify for copyright protection under applicable Laws by reason of human creativity; 15.21.2 that Prompts do not disclose any of Dillon Bass’ Confidential Information; 15.21.3 that any sources included in content or analysis are verified; 15.21.4 that inaccurate outputs or hallucinations produced by AI Technology are corrected; 15.21.5 that the Supplier complies with clauses 15.9 and M5.1; 15.21.6 that the output is not biased, inappropriate or otherwise offensive; and 15.21.7 that neither the outputs nor Deliverables replicate or are derived from or are similar to any content or campaigns already used by any third party.
