Common use of Hull Insurance Clause in Contracts

Hull Insurance. Lessee shall, at its own expense, procure and maintain during the term of this Agreement and ending upon redelivery of the Aircraft, policies of all risk aircraft flight and ground hull insurance on the Aircraft, written by responsible insurance companies, against any and all loss of or damage to the Aircraft in an amount for the greater of the replacement value as provided by Lessor.
