Hudl’s Access. Hudl will receive access to Student Data to provide the Services, as described in the Service Agreement. ▇▇▇▇ agrees that all copies of Student Data accessed for the Services, including any modifications or additions to the Student Data, are subject to the provisions of this DPA, and such modifications or additions will be treated in the same manner as the original Student Data. The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement shall be used for no purpose other than the Services, as stated in the Service Agreement, or as otherwise authorized under the laws and regulations referred to herein this DPA.
