Hubs. An access node, primarily utilizing wireless technology, consisting of microwave radios, host loop carrier equipment, transmission gear, distribution frames, network management devices and all necessary power, HVAC and environmental controls. A Hub in many cases is also a B-Site in that it serves WinStar customers that reside in the Hub building.
Hubs. As agreed in any SOW, GTAT will store Goods in Hubs before their Forecast delivery date to support just-in-time delivery of the Goods. GTAT will: (i) bear all costs associated with warehousing Goods in Hubs; (ii) maintain a sufficient inventory of Goods in the Hubs to satisfy the requirements of the then current Forecast; (iii) ensure that the Authorized Purchaser or its carrier(s) may withdraw Goods from the Hubs as needed; (iv) fully insure, or require the Hub operator to fully insure, all Goods in transit to or stored at a Hub against all risk of loss or damage until such time as the Authorized Purchaser takes title to them; and (v) require that the Hub operator take all steps necessary to protect all Goods in a Hub consistent with good commercial warehousing practice. “Hub” means an Apple-approved facility located at or near Apple-specified manufacturing or distribution facilities, or other Apple-specified location.
Hubs. Supplier will provide the Goods in accordance with Section 2.5(c) of the Agreement using the Hubs to be mutually agreed by the parties after the Effective Date.

Hubs. Hub building, HVAC, fire suppression system, cabling systems and cables; Emergency generators, fuel tanks, transfer switches, batteries, rectifiers, power panels and distribution system; Host Units and associated equipment; Grounding and lightning protection; Fiber management system (e.g., cross connect shelves, fiber jumpers and racks from demarc point A to host units). Sprint retains ownership and operational responsibility for all BTS/EBTS and backhaul transmission equipment located in the Hub including: CDMA/iDEN equipment (BTS/EBTS and related); GPS antennas and related coaxial cables; T1 and transmission equipment and services to Sprint’s MSC/MSO (mobile switching center/mobile switching office) and NMC (network management center); EMS/NMS PC and Sprint modem.

Hubs. Seller hereby warrants to Buyer, that Seller will repair or replace, at its option, hubs found to be defective in material and/or workmanship, for the life of the vehicle. This warranty sets forth and describes Xxxxx’s exclusive remedy and sets forth Seller’s entire liability to Buyer. Seller does not warranty the bearing cups or other items incorporated by Seller into the hubs (Seller Incorporated Items). Seller hereby conveys to Buyer all of Seller’s rights and remedies under the manufacturer’s warranty with respect to such Seller Incorporated Items.
