Common use of HSR Act Approval Clause in Contracts

HSR Act Approval. To the extent the transactions contemplated by the Second Closing are subject to the notification requirements under the HSR Act, the applicable waiting period, together with any extensions thereof, under the HSR Act shall have expired or been terminated.
