Common use of HPI Networks Clause in Contracts

HPI Networks. If HPI grants HPES the right to use or access any HPI networks, such use or access by HPES will be solely for the purpose of providing the Services. HPES’ use and access will be subject to applicable HPI Policies. HPI will have the right to deny, revoke, restrict or otherwise block access to any HPI networks at any time.
