HOW AND TRADE SECRETS. All know-how and trade secret information conceived or originated by Executive that arises during the term of his employment with the Company and out of the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder or any related material or information shall be the property of the Company, and all rights therein are hereby assigned by Executive to the Company.
