Common use of Housing Facilities Clause in Contracts

Housing Facilities. 12.1 The Employer shall provide the land to the contractor for developing the housing facilities to staff and labour for the construction period in the vicinity of the project site without any charges. Provision of housing facilities to staff however will be the responsibility of the contractor. On completion of work the vacant possession of the land shall have to be given to the Employer, duly cleared of all debris.
