Housing Application Charge. This charge must be paid at the time of the application. This payment serves as a space reservation. The Housing Application Charge is not applied to housing rent charges. The housing application charge is a one-time charge for as long as the student remains on campus and is non-refundable after it has been paid. If a student cancels their housing and later returns to on-campus housing, the student would repay the housing application charge.
