Housekeeping Fee Clause Samples
A Housekeeping Fee clause defines a charge imposed on tenants or guests to cover the costs of cleaning and maintaining the property during or after their stay. This fee is typically a fixed amount added to the total rental or accommodation cost and may apply to short-term rentals, hotels, or serviced apartments. By specifying this fee, the clause ensures that property owners can recover expenses related to cleaning services, thereby maintaining property standards and clarifying financial responsibilities for both parties.
